Yes. Each club location sets its own registration fee (typically ranging from $150–$200). Of that amount, VESSELS collects $130 per girl to cover 26 weeks of crafts and jewelry materials. Churches manage their own registration process. We ask that no girl is ever turned away for financial reasons and that churches commit to offering scholarships or partial scholarships to families in need. The ideal club size is between 50–80 girls. The minimum number required to host a club is 20 girls.

Teaching is led from the front of the room by one leader. Girls sit at the same table each week with a designated table leader, who builds deeper relationships with them and helps guide transitions between activities. Tables are intentionally mixed by grade level rather than separated by age.

One large space is needed where tables can be set up. A small stage or focal point for teaching and the screen is helpful, but not required.
